Étienne is an advisor at COPTICOM, Stratégies et Relations publiques, where he acts as a consultant on communications strategies and activities for mandates involving the fight against climate change, the electrification of the economy, sustainable mobility and environmental protection. Previously, he worked as a political advisor at the Quebec National Assembly from 2013 to 2018, where he authored numerous strategic environmental positions for the Parti Québécois. Étienne joined the CQDE board of directors in 2019, convinced that environmental justice plays an inescapable role in improving the state of our environment.
