With a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from the University of Montreal, specializing in public policy and finance, Félix has developed solid expertise in government mechanisms. His career in federal politics, particularly on transportation and infrastructure issues, combined with his experience as an economist at Les Producteurs de Lait du Québec, has enabled him to analyze the challenges at the heart of the fight against climate change from multiple perspectives.

Involved in the next generation of politics, he is also involved in organizing the Student Parliament, an initiative that reflects his commitment to democracy and citizen participation beyond partisan labels. It is with this strong understanding of economic and political levers that he joins the CQDE, wishing to put his skills to work in the service of environmental law.
