{"id":20838,"date":"2021-10-05T16:32:10","date_gmt":"2021-10-05T20:32:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cqde.org\/personne\/roland-ouedraogo\/"},"modified":"2025-05-23T15:58:48","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T19:58:48","slug":"roland-ouedraogo","status":"publish","type":"personne","link":"https:\/\/cqde.org\/en\/personne\/roland-ouedraogo\/","title":{"rendered":"Roland Ouedraogo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holder of a law doctorat and lecturer at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, a master\u2019s degree in business law from Universit\u00e9 Thomas Sankara of Ouagadougou and a master\u2019s degree in European Studies from the Global Studies Institute of the University of Geneva, Touwend\u00e9 Roland Ou\u00e9draogo also holds an LLM in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. The recipient of a number of grants and a lecturer at UQAM and UdeM, he is passionate about protecting the environment through mobilizing the theoretical framework of human rights. Currently a doctoral student in the final stages of drafting his thesis at UQAM, his research focuses on the human right to a healthy environment in international law: an analysis in light of practices by African states. In addition to publishing some of his reflections in journal articles and blogs, he has also participated in colloquia and conferences and last May he was awarded a prize for the best presentation during the colloquium of the Student Circle of the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise de droit international. <\/span>His research interests also include comparative environmental law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":19370,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"departement":[943],"class_list":["post-20838","personne","type-personne","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","departement-legal-committee"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
