David Robitaille has been a professor at the University of Ottawa\u2019s Faculty of Law for ten years (he lives in Quebec). He teaches rights and freedoms and constitutional law. He is currently researching the role of municipalities and the fundamental rights of citizens in environmental protection, particularly with respect to the exploitation and transportation of natural resources in the context of federalism and the sharing of natural resources. legislative powers in Canada.
