Montreal, April 15, 2024 – The Centre québécois du droit de l’environnement (CQDE) is delighted to announce the appointment of Caroline Poussier as Assistant Executive Director of the organization on the heels of her ensuring an interim mandate as Executive Director during a maternity leave. She will thus be able to continue exercising her unifying leadership, her excellent project and personnel management skills, and her keen sense of organization within the CQDE itself.

“An experienced manager with a wealth of experience in the international solidarity and community sectors, Caroline will definitely help to boost CQDE’s efforts to address the environmental needs and challenges that lie ahead. On the eve of our 35th anniversary, this is excellent news to support the growth our organization is undergoing and amplify the scope of our impact. We’re delighted to be able to count on her expertise and great human qualities,” says Geneviève Paul, the organization’s Executive Director.
