Before studying law, Annabelle studied and worked in the fields of environmental science and geography. It was through the issue of oil pipelines that she first heard about the CQDE and became interested in law as a tool for ensuring accountability.
She served as a research assistant at the Superior Court and a teaching assistant at McGill’s School of Environment, and worked in civil law and litigation before joining the CQDE for her Bar internship. She has been working as an attorney on the litigation team since 2026.
